Founded in 1870. Specialising in general building work and based in the East Lothian town of Musselburgh. The company was incorporated in 1964.

Stewart and Buglass, bespoke manufacturers of all timber and wood products, including high quality, wooden doors, including lift and slide,and fold and slide, Windows, including sash and case, Conservatories, Kitchens and all other types of joinery. Established in 1960 and bought by William Dickson & Co.in 1995.
Today Stewart and Buglass continues as a specialist in purpose made joinery, producing high quality Kitchens, Doors, Windows and Conservatories.
From modern hand made and bespoke designed Kitchens, to windows and doors for Edinburghs Georgian New Town, to bridges or other work for Historic Scotland.
